Veterinary, Animal Welfare
& Charity Filming
For us, filming animals isn't just a market sector; it is the foundation of our identity.

Ceres Productions is named after our founder's beloved Dalmatian, Ceres. Our mascot has always been a dog, and that passion for the animal kingdom informs every frame we shoot. We understand that whether you are a veterinary practice, a global charity, or a rescue center, the welfare of the animals comes first—even before the shot.

Trusted by Professionals and Charities Alike
We have extensive experience working across the full spectrum of the animal industry. We understand the different sensitivities required when filming a clinical procedure versus a rescue story.

Our portfolio includes work for:

-
Veterinary Industry Leaders: producing corporate content for organizations like Vets4Pets.
-
Animal Welfare Charities: documenting the vital work of The Donkey Sanctuary and Tierhilfe Corfu e. V.
-
Events & Education: covering dog shows, animal-related CPDs, and industry conferences.
The Art of the "Invisible Space"
Filming animals requires a completely different skill set than filming humans.

When we point a camera at a person, they can rationalize it. They know what it is and can choose to ignore it. An animal cannot. To a dog or a donkey, a camera operator is a strange figure looming over them with a gigantic, unblinking eye (the lens) and a heavy mechanical device.

Our Approach:

-
Patience Over Production: We never rush an animal. We take the time to let them acclimate to our presence and our equipment before we hit record.
-
The Invisible Space: We have honed the ability to maintain a non-intrusive distance. We respect the animal's personal territory, allowing them to settle and behave naturally.
-
Getting on Their Level: You won’t find us towering over your animals. We are used to getting down in the dirt, utilizing low-angle shooting and gimbals to capture the world from their perspective, not ours.
Advancing the Cause
There is no greater satisfaction for us than using our skills to help those who cannot speak for themselves.

We take enormous pride in supporting organisations whose primary goal is the welfare of our fellow creatures. Understanding that for charities and shelters, video is often the most powerful tool for fundraising and adoption, we approach these projects with the sensitivity they deserve, ensuring that we capture the heart of the story to help you drive your mission forward.

A Partner Who Understands
If you are looking for a production team that knows the difference between a sit-stay and a surgery prep, and who will treat your animals with the same love and respect as you do, we would love to help.
